Made-to-Order Products Our products are handmade and printed specifically for each order. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to help.

Personalised Items Personalised or custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged. Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order — once production has started, we're unable to make changes.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we've got you covered regardless of whether it's personalised or not. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
